社會工作者服務未成年男性性侵害被害人之經驗－－以台南高雄屏東三縣市為例

The Experiences of Social Workers working with Immaturity Male Sexual Abuse Victims in Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung.

隨著性侵害防治體系越來越完善，各類型的性侵害案件開始進入服務體系，其中未成年男性性侵害被害人逐漸受到重視。本研究主要目的為瞭解以台南市、高雄市與屏東縣現有之未成年男性性侵害被害人服務資源、助人專業工作者的服務樣貌與困境。採取質性研究作為本研究的研究方法，以立意取樣的方式，共選取每縣市6位，共計18位社工人員為本研究的受訪者。研究結果分析出23項類別，並歸納出：一、提供專業服務上有困難；二、服務網絡間聯繫溝通上有困難；三、相關資源使用不方便等三個主題，同時也描繪三縣市服務模式各自之特色。最後，依上述之研究結果進行討論，並提出社政服務體系與社工人員方面之建議，以及性侵害防制資源現狀與未來方向之省思。 Because the system of sexual abuse prevention being improving, Various cases are into this system. Immaturity male sexual abuse victims are emphasized more and more. The purposes of this study are finding out social workers' practical experiences and dilemmas when they work with immaturity male sexual abuse victims in Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung. This study applied a qualitative research method by purposive sampling. In-depth interviews with six social workers in each city or county, totally eighteen social workers. Twenty-three Items are analyzed, and they could be classified three categories as: 1. Difficulty to professional service. Social workers discuss sex/gender issues with different gender victims and find out victims' trauma reactions difficultly. 2. Difficulty to contact communication. Some victims don't think so that they are victims, and some victims' family members and related professionals don't agree victims' gender identity. 3. Inconvenient to use resources. Male counselors and placement institutions of victims are minor. Finally, discuss the categories and suggest to service system and social workers in the ways of professional growth, communication, resources, and special cases.
