本研究旨在了解受督者在回顧督導關係經驗,對於專業成長之意義。本研究主要邀請三位完成全職實習且持續在從事諮商工作的受督者,針對接受督導的經驗進行半結構的深度訪談。研究方法採用敘說研究法。研究結果發現:(1)督導與受督者不同的風格特質、期待目標與專業能力,發展出各式督導關係。(2)受督者在督導關係中同時經驗到正負向的情緒感受,並展現出不同行為反應。(3)透過回顧督導關係,受督者能覺察與面對在關係中引發情緒的個人化部分。(4)回顧督導關係經驗,有助於受督者在諮商關係、諮商盲點覺察與專業角色定位上的專業成長。最後研究者提出本研究限制與建議,以供未來相關研究與實務工作者參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of reviewing the supervisory relationship experience, for the professional development. The researcher invites three practice counselors who completed masters of third practice and continue to engage in counseling work with the way of semi-constructive and in-depth about the experience of supervisory. The method of research is the narrative research. The findings of this study are as follows :(1) Different styles, goals and professional abilities of supervisory and supervisee develop many kinds of supervisory relationship.(2) Supervisee experienced both positive and negative emotions in the relationship, and showed different behavior.(3) Through the review, supervisee can perceive and face emotions in the relationship of the individual parts.(4) Review supervisory experience, helped the supervisee 's professional growth on counseling relationship、counseling blind spot finding and professional role orientation. Finally, this study proposed concrete discussions and recommendations for the counseling practitioners and future research. |
