行政院環境保護署指出國人每人每天約有80-90%的時間處於室內環境中(包括在住家、辦公室或其他建築物內),因此室內空氣污染物對人體健康影響應當受到重視,有效改善室內空氣品質,方能維護人體健康。本研究選擇我國於2011年所通過的「室內空氣品質管理法」,作為主要分析主題,百貨公司為環保署公告第一批公告列管場所之一,其管制區域面積大,並且營業場所販賣物品具多樣、複雜性,在不同季節、假日及非假日的進出人口數差異較大。本研究旨在探討百貨公司室內空氣品質之認知與評價,透過新光三越信義新天地的個案調查,以問卷調查法分別就A11館內部員工,以及平日與假日前來消費的民眾作為研究對象,共計回收有效問卷630份。本研究的主要發現有:1.內部員工高度肯定百貨公司的室內空氣品質;2.個人背景影響對(室內)空氣品質的認知;3.實際經驗與知識反應品質管理的優劣;4.加強宣傳與檢測管理是改善評價不良的重要策略。
The Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan pointed out that peoplespend approximately 80-90% of their time each day in indoor environments (including inhomes, offices, or other buildings). The impact of indoor air pollutants on human healthshould be taken seriously, and indoor air quality must be effectively improved in order tomaintain human health. This study selected the ''Indoor Air Quality Management Law''passed in 2011 as the main analysis theme, because the department store is one of the firstbatch of notification and management venues announced by the EPA. The regulation area inthe store are comprehensive, and the sales of goods in the business premises are diverse andcomplex. In every seasons, there is a big difference between the number of people enteringand leaving on holiday and non-holiday. This study aims to explore the perception andevaluation of indoor air quality management in department stores. Through the case study ofShin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi Place, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the internalemployees and the external customers who came to spend on weekdays and holidays. A totalof 630 valid questionnaires were collected. The research main findings are:1. Internal staffhighly affirm the indoor air quality of department stores;2.Personal background influencesperception of (indoor) air quality;3.Practical experience and knowledge response qualitymanagement;4.Strengthening publicity and inspection management is an important strategyfor improving bad evaluation. |
