研究背景:臺灣體育教師的考取上分為初試與複試,複試又分為教學演示和口試兩個。十二年國教即將上路,學生的學習內容、考試內容會因此有了變化,而體育教師甄試的制度與內容是否也需要稍加改變,以因應新的課綱呢?本研究將臺灣的臺北市與新北市,及日本首都東京都,作兩國之教師甄試之比較。研究方法:本研究以文件分析法進行比較。研究結果:1.東京都在筆試項目上,利用論文來了解教師的思維,臺北市與新北市僅有選擇題型2.東京都從三種考試內容去評估誰是他們想要的體育教師,臺北市與新北市則從教學演示中去評估教師的教學技巧、創意、儀態和表達能力3.東京都的口試有「團體口試」一項。結語:臺北市與新北市的甄試內容,趨重於「如何讓學生學會該項運動」,而日本更重視「教育」本身;因此,我們應重新省思學校到底需要什麼樣的教師,並於甄試的內容和制度上做調整。
Background: The examinations of Taiwan physical education teachers are divided into preliminary examination and retrial. Retrial is divided into two parts: teaching demonstrations and oral examinations. As the 12-year Basic Education Curricula begin, the content of the students' study and the content of the examinations will be altered. Does the system and content of the physical education teachers' examinations need to be changed to cope with the new curriculum? This study will be comparing Taipei City and New Taipei City in Taiwan with a city that has deeply related with Japan: Tokyo. Methods: This study was compared by using document analysis. Results: 1. In Tokyo, while written examination, these are been used to understand what teachers are thinking. On the other hand, Taipei City and New Taipei City only select types of questions while written examination. 2. In Tokyo, they evaluated and find out the kind of physical education teachers they want from three types of exams' content. However, Taipei City and New Taipei City evaluate teaching skills, creativity, manners and the ability to communicate of the teachers from their teaching demonstrations; 3. Oral test in Tokyo includes a test which named "group oral test". Conclusion: The content of the tests in Taipei City and New Taipei City tends to focus on "how to let student learn this specific sport", while in Japan, they pay more attention on the word "education" itself. Therefore, we should reconsider what kind of teachers the school needs to give out the most appropriate education to the students, by that we will need to make adjustments on the content and system of the tests. |
