男同志的成長與藥／愛的糾結

The Tangled Growth Process of Gay Men with Recreational Drug and Various Relationships

目前國內愛滋感染的個案中，其感染的原因仍是以男男間性行為為最主要的原因。而在第一線上服務這些感染愛滋病毒的男同志，又發現其中有相當人數的個案都曾有使用娛樂性藥物助性的經驗。本文從一位長期陪伴愛滋感染者及毒品施用者的護理人員觀察，分析男同志感染人類免疫缺乏病毒及施用娛樂性藥物之風險，認為男同志自幼年起的親子關係、性別認同、親密關係、人際關係及性行為等是否能真順利滿足，對於日後是否發生風險行為均有重要的影響。也就是說，若能讓男同志在接納的環境下自在的長大，對於疾病預防及毒品防治都可能有正面的助益。

Currently here in Taiwan, unprotected sex remained the highest risk factor of all the reported HIV/AIDS cases and MSM are counted as the largest group of them all. With the information collected as the front line HIV/AIDS worker, we discovered that many cases had experience on recreational drug use at certain point in their life. This article is the observations of a nurse who had been working with people living with HIV/AIDS and people who use recreational drugs for a long time. By crossing analyses the HIV/AIDS prevalence rate among gay community and the risk of recreational drug use, believe that the happiness and satisfaction of the childhood parent-child relationship, gender identity, intimacy relationship, public relationship and sexual behaviors play important role of influence on the occurrence rate of risky behavior. In other words, if the society can provide an equal and accepting environment for all the children, especially gay, to grow up freely, these will create the positive benefit in the prevention of the disease and the reduction of drug use.
