同志健康社區服務中心經營反思：以大台北同學會為例

Reflection on the management of a gay community -based organization

疾病管制署自2010年起，與民間組織合作，推動設置同志健康社區服務中心，希望能提供多元整合性愛滋預防服務，降低男同志社群內部愛滋病毒感染率。但歐美同志健康中心發展與我國移植式方式設立的同志健康中心有本質上的不同。為讓國內同志健康中心運作經驗與軌跡能被檢視，我們整理大台北同學會運作經驗。在這篇文章中，我們分別呈現承辦同志健康中心，此處的同學會，狀況與運作經驗、及同學會與疾管署間的關係；最後提出幾點收穫、反思與建議。

Centers for Disease Control, R.O.C. (Taiwan) developed gay community-based organizations since 2010 with the cooperation of GLBT or HIV/AIDS non-profit organizations to reduce HIV incidence among gay men in Taiwan by providing innovative HIV prevention interventions for gay men or men having sex with men. However, the development of gay community-based organizations in the Western countries and in Taiwan are different. For recording the development of gay community-based organizations in Taiwan, the experiences of Gay Community Center Taipei (GCCT) is reviewed in this article. The origin and management of GCCT, and its relationships with Centers for Disease Control, R.O.C. (Taiwan), and gay communities were examined. Finally, some reflections and suggestions are provided.
