從祭典到音像：電影資料館作為轉型正義的方法

From Sacrifice to Audiovisual: Film Archiving as the Method of Transitional Justice

轉型正義，意味著一個社會在民主轉型之後，對過去威權獨裁體制的政治壓迫、以及因壓迫而導致的社會（政治的、族群的、或種族的）分裂，所作的善後工作，究其根本基礎即在於還原歷史真相。在還原歷史真相的過程之中，當代台灣原住民族更強調的是「部落主體」的觀點，然而，在此一過程中所引用之文獻或檔案，卻又往往必須依賴「他者」的紀錄，尤其是文字的形式，使得所謂歷史真相的樣貌，總是與原住民族的口述傳統大相逕庭。因此，這裡將以卡大地布部落為例，一方面是從電影資料館的方法，來看待祭典的復振與定期舉辦，本身即是一個收集（記憶）、保存（傳統）與近用（文化）的媒介；另一方面則是進一步探討音像媒材的紀錄、檔案與資料庫之建置，如何作為認識歷史、反思認同並重構「部落主體」的方法。

The case of indigenous Katratripul tribe is located in Taidong, east coast of Taiwan. Over past 30 years, they tried to recover and use their traditional sacrifice and special educational system as the medium of cultural collecting, preserving and accessing. From 2011, the author as the documentary filmmaker has produced several documentaries about the issue. But now, the author as the archivist will collaborate with people of tribe to collect, preserve and access an audiovisual archive of the process (not only documentaries, but also community videos and home videos). Through the method of film archiving, the author will try to clarify how community archiving help the tribe and its people to build their own subjectivity.
