丹麥公共圖書館進步現況及發展趨勢之探討

A Study on the Progress and Development Trends of Danish Public Library

有關各國圖書館之發展，該國政府訂定的法案和政策、發展策略和計畫，以及補助經費之挹注，都是重要影響因素。由於社會變遷，各國公共圖書館的建設和服務方式均有極大的改變。北歐公共圖書館事業非常進步，向來是世界各國學習的對象。由於參觀丹麥圖書館的經驗，留下深刻美好印象，遂選擇進一步了解丹麥圖書館事業。本文首先說明丹麥圖書館事業值得關注的原因，並就丹麥圖書館事業發展的推手、丹麥圖書館事業發展的概況、丹麥公共圖書館政策及計畫、丹麥一流的公共圖書館加以介紹。最後，提出結論和建議。 Regarding the development of public libraries, the bills and policies, development strategies and plans set by the government, as well as the attention to subsidies, are important factors. Due to social changes, the buildings, spaces and services of public libraries in various countries have changed greatly. The Nordic public librarianship is very advanced and has always been the object of study in many countries of the world. Thanks to the experience of visiting the Danish library, I was deeply impressed and chose to learn more about the Danish librarianship. This article first explains the reasons why the Danish librarianship deserves attention, and introduces the supervisory unit of the Danish librarianship, the development of the Danish public librarianship, the Danish public library policies and plans, and Denmark's first-class public libraries. Finally, the paper presents conclusions and recommendations.
