道路工程作業中,道路平整度為重要品質指標,為達成此指標,道路工程常運用壓路機施工。本研究依照道路工程的規範要求,製作自動壓路機機器人改善施工人員不願意勞動和於嚴酷環境下工作的問題,壓路機機器人裝設自動感應裝置,來判定平整度和偵測有無障礙物或危險而使機器人避開障礙危險。
In road construction projects, road flatness is used as an index for construction quality. A road roller is frequently used to achieve road flatness. The purpose of this research is to develop a road roller robot, in accordance with the road regulations, to improve the situation that workers do not want to work under harsh working environment. In the developed robot, automatic sensing devices are used to measure flatness and detect obstacles to avoid potential collisions. |
