早期療育將家庭視為服務焦點,與家庭建立「夥伴關係」不僅是實踐「以家庭為中心」的重要策略,更是影響服務成效的關鍵因素之一。然而,部分研究係以「家庭與專業人員之夥伴關係」為主題,但大都為西方研究,缺乏台灣本土性之實證研究。加上,在建立夥伴關係的過程中,家庭與專業之間權力處於不對等的情況,如果忽略維持彼此合宜的專業界線,可能造成家庭在服務過程中,權益受到損傷。因此,本研究以焦點團體訪談蒐集24位早期療育社會工作者,在「家庭與專業人員夥伴關係的內涵」與「家庭與專業人員夥伴關係的專業界線」兩個面向的資料。研究者期待透過研究結果,對早期療育學術研究及實務運作提出建議。
Family is the focus of early intervention services. In order to implemented the family-centered practices one of the critical strategy is to established the partnerships between the families and professionals, moreover it effects the outcome of the early intervention services. Researches on the topic of family-professional partnerships often established based on the western culture, there is a lack of the evidence-based empirical study construct based on Taiwanese culture. Furthermore, in the process of developing the partnership, the power of inequality might exist between parents and professionals, and it could harm the family rights if the issues of boundaries are ignored. The purpose of this study was to explored the perspectives of professional boundaries from early intervention practitioners. In-depth interviews with 24 early intervention social workers was employed in order to collected the data. The data was collected based on two scopes include “family-professional partnership” and “partnership with the points of professional boundaries”. Suggestions for early intervention future research and practice were provided based on the research findings. |
