作者分享太魯閣學青會在部落參與的經驗。青年們從部落地圖出發,重新認識土地。透過音樂季、讀書會、影像紀實、青年論壇等,逐漸凝聚部落。2015年開始,太魯閣學青會嘗試推動傳統領域與部落自主,與銅門部落議會合作,設計一系列課程與活動,讓部落的老人與青年共同參與其中。太魯閣學青會從1999年成立至2015年已有16年的時間,從北區的學青會到跨部落的組織,不但成功地完成青年培力、部落對談,更透過部落地落實傳統領域與部落自主的理想。
The author shared the experiences of the Truku Youth Association in tribal participation. The youth started from drawing the tribal map to gain a new understanding of the history of the tribe and the land. Through the music season, reading clubs, video documentary, youth forums, etc., they gradually gathered the tribe. Beginning from 2015, the Truku Youth Association has tried to promote traditional areas and tribal autonomy, and cooperated with the Tomong (Knkreyan) tribes to design a series of courses and activities so as to involve the tribal elderly and youths. The Truku Youth Association has been established for 16 years, since 1999 to 2015. Growing from a small school community in the Northern Taiwan to an inter-tribal organization, it has not only successfully achieved youth empowerment, provoking tribal dialogues, but also the ideals of recovering ancestral territories and tribal autonomous through drawing the tribal map. |
