New discoveries were made from a six year-old domestically sown tree in south Taiwan, Aquilaria sinensis. The leafage, the xylem and the bark of Aquilaria sinensis grown in south Taiwan were soaked in methyl alcohol in order to gain the extract. After reducing the pressure concentration, the filtrate obtained through this process removed the solvent. The extract gained through TLC then derived a compound from purification. NMR was then used to authenticate the N compound's ingredient and structure. Aristophyll-C and N-trans-feruloyltyramine were discovered dividedly as the leafage and xylem and the latter main chemical composition for Amide. This natural discovery is an original for Aquilaria sinensis. |
