本研究旨在探討0、0.75、1.5及3.0%NaCl等不同鹽分處理,對水黃皮(Pongamia pinnata L.)苗木形質生長、水分狀態及植物體氯離子過度之影響。試驗結果顯示,鹽分處理120天後,以0%NaCl處理之苗高、地際直徑、葉片數、總葉面積、葉片大小及各部位乾物累積量較大;以3.0%NaCl高鹽度處理之苗木所有形態參數則明顯下降,但此高鹽度處理苗木有最大肉質程度,且苗木比葉面積(SLA)最低。不同處理苗木之葉面積比(LAR)及葉重比(LWR)並未受鹽度之影響。苗木品質指數則以0及0.75%NaCl處理有相同值,顯示水黃皮苗木適合生長於無鹽分及低鹽分之環境,1.5及3.0%NaCl處理之苗木品質指數則較低。第120天時,3.0%NaCl處理苗木之葉、莖、根部含水率及成熟葉相對含水率(RWC)最低,而苗木各部位之氯離子濃度均以1.5及3.0%NaCl處理者較高。
The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of salinity containing 0, 0.75, 1.5 and 3.0% NaCl on morphological growth, water status and chlorine concentrations of various tissues of Pongamia pinnata seedling. The results indicated seedling height, diameter at root collar, leaf numbers, leaf size, total leaf area and dry matter accumulation of seedlings that cultivated in 0% NaCl were greatly enhanced after 120 days of treatment. All parameters of seedlings that cultivated in 3.0% NaCl were significantly suppressed, however, succulence in leaves of seedlings was highest, and specific leaf area (SLA) was lowest. Leaf area ratio (LAR) and leaf weight ratio (LWR) of all seedlings were unaffected by different salinity. Quality index of seedlings that cultivated in 0 and 0.75% NaCl were similar value, this implied that none or low salinity was the optimum environment for seedling growth of this species, however 1.5 and 3.0% NaCl were decreased with increased salinity. Leaf, stem, root water content and relative water content (RWC) of seedlings that cultivated in 3.0% NaCl was lowest after 120 days of treatment. Leaf, stem, root chlorine concentration of seedling that cultivated in 1.5 and 3.0% NaC1 were increased. |
