本研究以結構式問卷為資料蒐集工具,探討擁擠知覺之影響因素及調適反應與擁擠知覺之關係。經由擁擠理論與模式文獻回顧與探討,且於東勢林場實證研究之結果,得到以下幾點結論:1.社會密度;遊客對遊憩之期望、遊憩經驗、擁擠相關訊息、教育程度與收入等因子顯著地影響擁擠知覺。2.遊客不當行為與環境品質顯著地影響擁擠知覺。3.知覺擁擠所採取認知改變與行為改變兩種調適策略不會顯著地改變擁擠感。4.擁擠管理可從告知擁擠相關訊息、遊客行為管理、改善整體環境品質等方面著手。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influential factors of crowding perception and the effects of coping responses after perceiving crowding. Questionnaire was used to collect data, and Tungshih Forest was chosen for empirical study site. The research findings were shown as followings: 1. Social density ; expectation of encounter, previous experiences, information about crowding, level of education and income significantly affected crowding perception.2. Situational conditions including the behavior of others visitors' and quality of physical circumstances significantly affected crowding perception. 3.Coping responses after feeling crowding included perception change and behavior change, but coping responses were unable to significantly reduce crowding perception.4. The strategies of crowding management could adopt announcing crowding information, managing visitors' behavior, enhancing quality of environment. And then these strategies could relatively raise recreation carrying capacity. |
