本研究旨在建立紅檜人工林之地位指數曲線式,研究區域位於本省中部大雪山地區之紅檜人工林疏伐林分,範圍涵蓋三個不同齡級之人工同齡林。森林生產潛能之評估在林木經營上相當重要,人工林經營常將生產力以地位因子表示之,地位則可由數學模式予以數量化,本研究以林分優勢木樹高及林齡為基礎,採用Richards型態之模式以非線性最小二乘方法建立地位指數曲線,所得之結果將可提供紅檜人工林經營之基礎資訊。
The objective or this study was to establish site index curve of Chamaecyparis formosensis plantations. Data of this study were collected from three different even-aged thinned stands of Chamaecyparis formosensis plantations at Ta-Hsueh-Shan, central Taiwan. Evaluation of forest potential productivity is very important in timber management. In artificial forest management, productivity of forests usually can express by site factor. Site can be quantified by mathematical equations. In this study, we based on stand height (dominant trees) and age to establish site index curve. Richards type function and nonlinear least square techniques were applied in site index equation. The results of study will prove a basis information for artificial forest management of Chamaecyparis formosensis plantations. |
