本研究探討不同植物纖維抽出成分對紙張防黴性的影響,選用三椏(Edgeworthia papyrifera)、雁皮(Wikstroemia sikokiana)、構樹(Broussonetia papyrifera)等三種常用造紙纖維,抄製成手工紙,評估抗黴菌活性,另一部分以紙張表面黴菌面積(肉眼判讀、影像分析)和麥角固醇濃度探討植物抽出成分對防黴性的影響。在造紙纖維植物方面以三椏的防黴性較佳,在防黴評估試驗中宜利用影像分析為主,無法判定的狀態再以肉眼判讀為輔。
This study is divided into two parts. One is the antifungal ability of the extract of paper fiber plant. We choose three common kinds of papermaking fiber including mitsumata (Edgeworthia papyrifera), gampi (Wikstroemia sikokiana), and paper mulberry (Broussonetia papyrifera). After the same cooking condition, the antifungal ability of unextraction compare with alcohol-benzene extraction. Another part is the inhibitory area (visual observation, image analysis software) and the concentration of ergosterol investigate the antifungal effects of the plant extract. Mitsumata is better antifungal papermaking fiber. The inhibitory area should be determined by image analysis software, the visual observation be used in undetermined state. |
