奧林匹克2020改革議題和奧林匹克教育

Olympic Agenda 2020 and The Olympic Education

2014年在摩納哥舉行的127屆國際奧會年會所通過的「奧林匹克2020改革議題（Olympic Agenda 2020）」，賦予未來奧林匹克運動發展一個明確願景以及清楚的策略性藍圖。顯而易見，「奧林匹克2020改革議題」針對許多重要議題提供建言，其中包含奧運申辦程序、永續發展、性別平等、良好治理、結合運動和文化、媒體和贊助、社會參與以及保護誠實的運動員等議題。然而，探討「奧林匹克2020改革議題」是否針對奧林匹克教育提出具體變革項目，實為本研究之主要研究動機。因此，本研究主要有三個研究目的。首先，本文將簡短描述以奧林匹克教育為理念的歷史沿革，並且同時介紹於2008年由學者Naul所提出的分類架構，以期協助瞭解不同類型的奧林匹克教育。其次，本文亦將闡述長期以來奧林匹克價值觀和奧林匹克主義在本質上的轉變。最後，本研究試圖探討上述奧林匹克價值觀的轉變，如何在「奧林匹克2020改革議題」中呈現其對奧林匹克教育的影響。

The Olympic Agenda 2020 was introduced at the 127th IOC Session in Monaco in 2014 which give a vision and a clear strategic roadmap for the future of the Olympic Movement. Agenda 2020 addresses the issue of bidding process, sustainability, gender equality, good governance, blending sport and culture, media and sponsorship, engaging with communities, and the protection of clean athletes. But what are the implications of Agenda 2020 for Olympic education? The purpose of this article is threefold. First, this article describes a brief history of Olympic education as a concept and explains a useful framework proposed by Naul (2008) in understanding types of approach to Olympic education. Second, it highlights the changing nature of Olympic values and Olympism. Third, the article discusses how these shifts in values imply changes relevant to Olympic education in the context of Agenda 2020.
