暨南大學在科技部人文創新與社會實踐研究計畫的支持下,於 2014 年八月開始結合校內跨專業老師,與南投縣仁愛鄉眉溪部落建立互動和信任關係,進而銜接課程與學生團隊,逐步了解並參與部落公共事務。回顧以往原住民族部落營造之相關研究,主題多著重於部落內部單一議題的事務發展(如語言、資源或產業),亦或是反省政府法制與部落文化之間落差(如河川公共性、族群正名或社區營造方案)。相較而言,本文以行動研究法為研究策略,闡述暨大於「在地化」與「落實大學社會責任」的理念下,如何整合校內有形和無形資源,並尊重眉溪部落主體性下,作為部落公共事務發展的網絡促進者、匯集者、連結者與擴散者。具言之,本文探討暨南大學為何選擇參與眉溪部落、進駐初期對部落的觀察,以及如何藉由「暨大協力據點設置」、「獲得部落會議同意」、「跨領域課程導入」、「部落資訊平台建構」等四項策略,建構暨大與眉溪之間的合作基礎,進而透過多面向議題導入,發展全觀型的部落營造。
In 2014, the National Chu Nan University (NCNU) began to establishrelations with Baike Tribe through interdisciplinary courses. Based on theaction research method, this paper explores how to integrate the tangible andintangible resources of the school and promote the tribal governance underthe concept of “localization” and “social responsibility of the university.”Specifically, this article discusses why the NCNU chose to participate in theBaike Tribe, the early observation of the tribe, and how to rely on the“collaborative workstation,” “access to tribal meeting consent,”“interdisciplinary courses,” and “tribe Information platform” to establish thecollaborative basis. |
