台灣七佳舊社發展生態旅遊可行性策略研究

The feasibility of Ecotourism-strategy on Chi-Chia tribe in Taiwan

生態旅遊的浪潮已如萬馬奔騰之勢襲捲剛進入21世紀的全球各地。本文以台灣傳統之原住民13族中之排灣族七佳舊社為研究區域與對象。試圖就台灣原住民傳統部落獨特之山林自然資源和具有原始迥異於漢民族的傳統文化。本文運用文獻分析、田野調查等質性研究方法，整理歸納台灣七佳舊社地區自然與人文生態環境背景，並利用SWOT方法研擬發展生態觀光之可行策略。期待本研究區域能成為17世紀即以「福爾摩沙」聞名全世界的台灣，在面對周遭層出不窮的生態環境問題與土石流之身家性命安全飽受威脅時，提出一套原住民部落朝生態旅遊發展之可行性策略。期能在思考如何重現當年美麗島嶼之風采時，提醒相關產業朝國際生態觀光願景邁進之試金石。

Ecotourism has been surging up all over the world since the beginning of 21st century. Base on the unique natural resources and primitive cultures of aboriginal tribes, which are different from the Han＇s, this research chose Paiwan Tribe as the study area. We applied qualitative methods of literature analysis as well as field study to explore the Paiwan Tribe of one of Taiwan aboriginals, Paiwan, to induce to its nature and ecological environment background. After then we used SWOT approach to search the feasibility of ecotourism development. We do hope this research would help Taiwan, famous to the world as “Formosa＂, since 17th century, yet now lapses deeply into cement forests and confronts many ecological problems and debris flow that threaten the safety of residents＇ lives and properties. This research would like to revive the beautiful former scenic Formosa and make it as a touchstone of stepping up to the international ecotourism.
