Comparison was also made on the speciality of Japanese employees desired by business employers. Majority of the Japanese postgraduate institutes trained their students on the basis of Japanese language and wished to cultivate students with speciality of commercial business and Japanese education. However, beside the topics of Japanese language, Japanese education and commercial business, many master theses focused on literature and culture as main theme. These topics are close to those of the advisers, but are far from those expected by employers.
