The study use graphene oxide (GO) and silver nanowire (AgNW) andprepared transparent conductive films (TCFS) to research GO dispersion insolution and preparation condition, and silver nanowire synthesis temperatureand PVP protection agent effect. We select the best conductivity formulaanalysis the film transmittance and conductivity and different graphene andnano silver wire content with PMMA oligomer to prepare transparent con- ductive film, using SEM observation GO dispersed in PMMA. Results showgraphene content increase conductivity rise and transmittance decreased.Results also show graphene content increase conductivity rise and transmittancedecreased. We put in silver nanowire to increase film conductivityand maintain the transmittance to achieve high transmittance and highconductivity targets. Coating on PET improved the traditional ITO bentresulting in an increase in resistance. |
