The main objective of this paper is to discuss the effect of the thermalinsulation and energy saving for the insulation coating material applied to aglass curtain wall and make a comparison of the different heat insulatingcoatings on the market. Firstly, the research designs and constructs a heatinsulating coating performance testing device. The radiant heat insulatingmaterial is coated or the radiant heat insulating film is pasted on the insidesurface of the glass sample, and then irradiated by infrared light to observethe energy-saving effect. Then the computational fluid dynamics numericalis applied and the results obtained from the experimental data of the heatinsulating performance testing device are input to a mathematical model for parameter design and numerical iteration. Then the correlated results areobtained. Ultimately, the validated mathematical model is used to discussthe thermal insulation efficiency of different heat insulating materials insummer and winter respectively, so as to evaluate the effects of heat insulatingmaterial on building thermal insulation, air conditioning energy saving andreducing CO2 emissions. |
