In this paper, a new high step-up converter is proposed. The highstep-up ratio is achieved by adjusting the turn ratio of the coupled inductor,voltage clamp circuit and voltage doubler circuit. Moreover, the energystored in the coupled inductor can be recycled during the off period so thatthe conversion efficiency is enhanced and the power switch is effectivelyclamped. The steady-state operation principle of the proposed highstep-up converter is analyzed in this paper. Finally, a prototype of theproposed high step-up converter, with DC input 12 V and DC output 200V/150 W, is implemented and simulated to demonstrate performance andfeasibility. |
