本研究以胺基官能化封端苯胺三聚體 (amino-capped aniline trimer, ACAT)作為二胺單體,製備具有電活性的聚亞醯胺薄膜 (EPI),再混入氧化石墨烯(GO),研究GO 對電活性聚亞醯胺/氧化石墨烯複合薄膜 (EPI/GO) 的氣體屏障特性及電化學氧化還原行為。利用ACAT,再選用非共平面之二酸酐 (2, 2-bis[4- (dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride, IDPA),混入另一種二胺(4,4-oxydianiline, ODA),以N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) 作為溶劑進行一系列EPI薄膜的合成,並探討不同莫爾比ACAT含量下對於EPI薄膜的機械性質與氣體屏障研究。研究結果顯示加入絲綢緞般的GO奈米片,可進一步降低水氣傳輸速率 (WVTR)和氧氣傳輸速率 (OTR),證實在EPI 薄膜中加入高長徑比 (aspect ratio) 的GO會迫使氣體分子擴散路徑增長,使氣體阻障性質提升。 |

The gas barrier properties and electrochemical redox behavior ofaniline oligomer-derivated electroactive polyimide (EPI) hybrid withgraphene oxide (GO) were investigated as a function of the content ofamino-capped aniline trimer (ACAT) and GO. A series of EPI thin filmswere prepared from a non-coplanar dianhydride, [2, 2-bis [4-(dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride] (IDPA), and two typesof diamines, 4, 4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) and ACAT, in DMAcsolvent. The effects of ACAT contents on the mechanical and barrierproperties of EPI were investigated. In order to further reduce thewater-vapor-transmission-rate (WVTR) and oxygen-transmission-rate (OTR)of EPI, silk-like GO nanosheets were incorporated with EPI. The highaspect ratio of GO successfully extends the diffusion pathway of the gasbarrier in the EPI matrix and thus serves as an excellent barrier material forEPI. |
