Corporate social responsibility is a popular theme for modern enterprises.This paper explores the relationship among ecological corporatesocial responsibility, corporate image and organizational performance inthe Taiwanese construction industry. 192 samples were collected and statisticallyanalyzed using factor analysis, correlation analysis and pathanalysis. This study found: (1) in general, contractors are not interested inecological corporate social responsibility, and there is considerable roomfor improvement; and (2) according to the hierarchical regression and path analysis results, corporate image is a mediator between ecological corporatesocial responsibility and business performance. |
