In this work, we demonstrate flexible organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) based on the phosphorescent emitters iridium(III) bis(2-phenylquinolyl-N, C2′) acetylacetonate (Ir(pq)2), iridium(III) cyclometalatedfac-tris(2-phenylpyridine) (Ir(ppy)3), and iridium (III) bis[(4,6-difluoropheny)-pyridinato-N,C]picolinate (Firpic) deposited in host material3,5-bis(9-carbazolyl)tetraphenylsilane (SimCp) by the solution processreacting with indium tin oxide coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET)substrates. Introducing Si3N4 and SiO2 multi-layers as passivation layers, thedevices show high flexibility and preserve high current efficiency exceeding20 cd/A while providing brightness of 100 cd/m2. |
