基於XML實現NGOSS架構之報表服務管理模型

Implementation of Report Service Management Model in NGOSS Architecture Based on XML Data

NGOSS是目前全球電信業者所關注的焦點，它是由TMF所製訂的一些標準與規範，用來讓全球的電信業者共同遵守，並建立新一代電信產業維運支援系統的架構。全球的電信公司透過NGOSS來改善公司內一些營運的流程、系統架構、高整合成本等的缺失，並提供快速及高服務品質給客戶。在本文中，我們依據NGOSS的TNA架構，設計了一個以XML為資料交換的平台，並透過web Service的界接方式，在產製跨營運單位或不同維運系統的報表時，能更有彈性的取得資料來源，及減少整合不同系統的成本，提昇公司營運的效率。

NGOSS is a program that all of the telecommunication companies in the world are concerned about. It is a standard formulated by the TMF (Telecommunication Management Forum) that provides all of the telecommunication companies in the world with rules and methods to build a new generation telecom operation supporting system. NGOSS is used to improve the operational workflow of companies, operational system architecture, system integration, and to support high quality services for customers. In this paper, an XML-based platform is designed to integrate the report services provided by many operating systems according to the TNA standard of NGOSS. The proposed Report Model can get information from different operating systems flexibly and efficiently.
