數位典藏透過OAIS與OAI介面提供行動載具存取之研究

The Study of Digital Archives through the OAIS and OAIInterface for Mobile Devices Access

數位典藏的價值是方便及更多元化的應用，因此如何加強存取應用的方便性，特別是結合國際上主要的標準規格，是重要的研究方向。OAI-PMH運用網際網路及後設資料兩種技術改善典藏單位資料互通與強化檢索功能；而OAIS已被國際標準組織發布為參考標準，其功能模型對於典藏資訊長久保存和管理有相當規範與效益。基於國內已有效的利用OAI-PMH於數位典藏聯合目錄，值得加強研究OAIS中的Archival Storage、Data Management與Access的功能，可對應到OAI-PMH中Repository與Data Provider，彼此有些相似角色與適合結合之處。故以國內外相關文獻研究為基礎，分析比較OAIS與OAI-PMH進行雙方面深度整合，並設計實作系統雛型以驗證其可行性。另外，本研究利用行動載具透過整合雛型系統中外部服務提供者（Service Provider）檢索資料，成為新型的資訊發佈管道，可提供數位典藏加值應用的新做法。

The value of digital archives is to facilitate access to more diversified applications; therefore, it is an important direction to enhance the ease of access to applications, especially in using international standards. The OAI-PMH uses metadata and Internet-based technology to improve interoperability of data and enhanced search functions of archives institutions. The functional models of OAIS have focused on long-term preservation and data management, and which have been published by the International Organization for Standardization as a standard of ISO 14721:2003. This paper based on the efficient usage of OAI-PMH in Digital Archive Catalog, considers that Archival Storage, Data Management and Access in OAIS are similar to Repository and Data Provider in OAI-PMH, integration these two standards and implementation for verifying feasibility of the OAIS and OAI-PMH integration system. This paper illustrates how mobile devices can access archive resources; hoping to enhance theusability of digital archives and opportunities for value-added applications.
