Facing new developments in their field, sugar factories should create a new culture, a new industry and a new industrial cultural heritage. By making sugar factories into examples of industrial cultural heritage and avoiding the problems of ignoring the contents of industrial culture, restricting to formalism and being unaware of employees’ self-conversion, the contents and wisdom of the sugar culture should be further explored. By promoting the conversion of sugar plants from the old industrial heritage elements to those of a new industry, a new culture is born. |
