Re-evaluating the Thought of Jiben of the Wang school of Zhe-zhong

陽明後學此研究領域，在現今後出轉多的文獻、研究方法的多元化，與頻繁地學術交流等因素下，儼然有脫離陽明，卓然獨立為一研究區塊之勢態。本文即是在此前提下，擬揭示向來僅以「龍惕說」為人所知的季本思想，透過董理季本曾散佚的文獻與經注，針對日前相關研究成果尚有爭議，或有待商榷者：「龍惕說」所批判的對象、彭山心性論的發展，以及雙江、彭山相近處等三個議題，進一步地釐清與探究，並藉此闡述季本思想的內涵，期能補述日前相關研究之不足。

In today’s academic environment in which documents abound, research methods diversified, and scholarly exchanges frequent, the Post-Wang Yang-ming Studies seem to have departed from the study of Wang Yang-ming and become an independent area of research. Under this circumstance, this paper departs from the traditional study of Jiben, which was limited to his theory of Longti, and re-evaluates the content of his thought so as to make up for the deficiency of current scholarship on Jiben. By organizing and evaluating Jiben’s newly discovered documents and commentaries, this paper focuses on three issues that are still controversial: the object of criticism in the theory of Longti, the development of Peng Shan’s theory on the Nature of Heart, and the similarities between the Neo Bao and Jiben.
