慢性腎功能衰竭的治療大致可以分成以下幾個階段進行：腎功能不全代償期、腎功能衰竭期、以及尿毒症期。尤其，尿毒症期的病患是內科住院病例主要的死因之一，因此選擇慢性腎功能衰竭此一題目中西醫之病理治療及照護特摘要整理作為報告。

Chronic renal failure could be separated into 3 stages: renal insufficiency, renal failure and uremia. One of the cause of death on internal medication admission is uremia. So we summarized the physiology, treatment and care of uremia in the views of western and Chinese medicine.
