中風後肩手綜合症的針灸治療病例報告

A case report: acupuncture treatment on shoulder hand syndrome

肩手綜合症為中風病患常見後遺症，常導致患者持續疼痛及活動受限。本病案是六十一歲女性，於2010年2月腦血管梗塞後引起右側肢體無力，雖經持續復健患肢muscle已回復到四分，但右肩及右背常有疼痛緊繃感，故前來本院中醫針灸科門診求診治療。

Shoulder hand syndrome is a common sequela after stroke and caused pain and limited motion. This is a 61 years-old female patient suffered from right side weakness under the diagnosis of infarct in brain in Feb. 2010. Her muscle power increased up to 4 points and the pain and tightness over right shoulder and back. So she visited our acupuncture OPD for further treatment.
