偏頭痛的中醫治療病例報告

A case report: migraine

本病例為五十二歲女性自二十年前偏頭痛間斷發作至今，近三個月因生活壓力發作頻率增加，每次發作伴隨嚴重嘔吐、視物不清，需至急診打止痛針才能緩解。診斷為瘀血阻絡、肝鬱氣滯，依證型給予科學中藥治療後改善頭痛症狀。

This is the case report of 52 years-old female patient with intermittent attacked migraine for 20 years. The frequency of migraine attack increased due to pressure of life in recent 3 months. Severe vomiting and poor eyesight were noted when migraine attacked and symptoms were subsided after analgesic injecting in ER. Static blood obstructing the collaterals and liver depression and qi stagnation were diagnosed and headache improved after medications.
