The Tense of Left-wing: Morakot 88Newsand Its Abandonment ofHomesick in Permanent Housing

莫拉克獨立新聞網（88news）在2009 年8 月8 日莫拉克風災發生之後，以長期蹲點的方式，紀錄災難日常中的非常，對抗時下新聞媒體追求賣點的習慣，藉以延長閱聽大眾的耐心，加長關注災難狀況的時效。並站在災民的立場，報導重建與安置的過程，批判國家及民團的權力介入，使得災民在家園毀壞、天人永隔的創傷之後，又再受到文化斷裂、族群分化的二次傷害，於2012 年彙整採訪團隊對於莫拉克風災的觀察，重新整理採訪資料與新聞檔案，出版《在永久屋裡想家：莫拉克災後三年，「永久屋」與人的故事》。以非虛構的新聞書寫，提出「永久屋」、「家屋」的價值區隔。一方面期望透過豐富災區的資訊，抵抗主流媒體速成片段簡單的邏輯產製，擾動讀者簡單思維下的心智，實踐啟蒙的精神；二方面在為災民發聲的敘述中，展現其抵抗權力的暴力侵略，追尋社會正義的左翼立場，頗有抵抗國家權力，照見人間不平的態勢。

88news On August 8, 2009, after a typhoon disaster in Morakot,long-term record of the calamity of disasters, so as to extend the public’spatience to lengthen, pay attention to the disaster situation. In 2012, theteam compiled a review of the Morakot disaster and published Homesick inPermanent Housing. The book puts forward the value separation of“permanent housing” and “house,” resisting the mainstream media fragmentsand simple production system, and practicing the spirit of enlightenment.In addition, it shows its resistance to power aggression and the left-wingthinking of pursuing social justice.
