Based on the results of the three national financial survey conducted by Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in 2007, 2009 and 2011, this study investigates the relationship between adolescents’ financial literacy and their financial behaviors. Firstly, our empirical findings suggest that physiological characteristics such as living area and fmaily income levels are key factors affecting the the level of adolescents’ financial literacy. In addition, we also find initiative to collect financial information and updated its frequency are also related to the level of adolescents’ financial literacy. Secondly, receiving financial information from newspaper and magazines and the Internet and TV news are both positively related to the level of adolescents’ financial literacy. Finally, this paper uses a logistic regression model to investigate the effects of financial literacy on financial behaviors, like record in books, budgeted revenue and expenditure in balance and deposit money.
