Due to climate change and global warming, sustainable development has become an international issue. United States and the Britain and Chinese green building assessment system include operational management indicators, and require to be trained in the use of evaluation. A lot of researches indicate that operational maintenance phase of a building life cycle is time-consuming and costly. However, Taiwan’s green building assessment 'EEWH' is lack of operations management in the building life cycle. To enhancing green building management and maintenance is important.This research is focus on the EEWH studies, explore the life cycle used in green building management and maintenance scheme. Through BIM and management and maintenance literature reviews, case study and interview questionnaires, this study analysis the green building management and maintenance with knowledge, technology and management three aspects. Results indicate that the key factor to green building management and maintenance on building life cycle must be considered operational requirements. Government should combine with users and property management companies to implement the principles of management and maintenance. |
