本籍勞工與外籍勞工替代與互補性之研究

Research on the Substitution and Complementarity of Native and Foreign Workers

本研究使用臺灣總體本籍勞工就業數量以及產業外勞引進數量，利用向量誤差校正模型進行分析。結果發現，產業外籍勞工人數對臺灣就業人數的影響彈性為1.6070。同時，就臺灣總體就業資料來觀察，不論是長期或者是短期，產業外勞的引進皆有助於促進本籍勞工就業的增加。

In this study, we use the total number of employed workers in Taiwan as a whole and the number of imported workers by industry and use the vector error correction model to analyze. The result shows that the elasticity of the number of foreign workers in employment to Taiwan's employment is 1.6070. At the same time, we can observe from the overall employment information in Taiwan that both the long-term and short-term employment of laborers and the introduction of migrant workers can help increase the employment of native workers.
