The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state in terms of what school-community interaction models and management strategies among elementary schools in Nantou County, The population was educators from public elementary schools in Nantou County., and stratified random sampling, 608 educators were selected as the participants. A total of 507 samples were valid and the return rate was 85.58%. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The school-community interaction models among elementary schools in Nantou County was satisfactory, with "Creation of communication channels" topped the rank. 2. The school-community relationship management strategies was satisfactory, with "Parent-teacher communication" topped the rank. 3. Significant differences in school-community interaction models existed due to different ages, roles, school sizes, and school locations. 4. Significant differences in school-community management strategies existed due to different, educational background, roles, school sizes, and school locations. 5. There was a positive correlation between school-community interaction models and relationship management strategies adopted by elementary schools in Nantou County. |
