大陸義務教育經費保障機制的回溯、問題與趨勢

Review, problems and trends of the security mechanism of compulsory education in China

大陸60 餘年來義務教育經費供給機制幾經變化，直到2005 年後才明確下來。但新機制仍存有若干隱憂，需在接下來的時間裡進行改進與完善。文章在回溯了大陸各個時期的義務教育經費保障機制後，對新機制存在的問題提出相關的政策建議。

The supply mechanism of compulsory education funding in the mainland over 60 years has changed, and it was not clear until 2005. But there are still some problems of the new mechanism, needs to be improved and perfected in the future. This article has reviewed the security mechanism of compulsory education in various periods of the main land, and put forward some relevant policy suggestions on the new mechanism.
