The main purpose of which is to analyze that Mr. Tang interpreted the Early Mohist Philosophy as “Yi-Dao”; and also to explore his method “Philosophical History as Philosophy” to interpret the Early Mohist Philosophy. Firstly, this paper reconstructs Tang Jun-yi's interpretation of the Early Mohist Philosophy base on the idea of “reasoning heart-mind” and “Yi-Dao”. Secondly, this paper compares contemporary Mohist's study with Tang Junyi's interpretation by “Yi Dao”, especially on the “universal love” and religious thought. Finally, this paper argued that Tang Jun-yi 's interpretation of the Early Mohist Philosophy with the method of “Philosophical History as Philosophy” can provide a rational and theoretical effect. |
