停車問題日漸受到各方重視，而市中心的停車問題尤其嚴重。要解決這些問題，要有良好的停車政策，適時採取有效的策略。停車政策與策略有那些呢？它對市中心的發展有何影響？如何擬定停車政策？政府應扮演何種角色？台北市中心區未來的停車政策應注意的概念有那些？這些問題是本文探討的內容。

Parking problem is got attention by all aspects recently, especially about parking at Taipei CBD area. To solve this problem, there must be a proper parking policy and the effective strategies to execute promptly. This paper would try to discuss some problems, such as parking policy and parking management strategies and the impact of those on the development of CBD area, the process to fomulate a parking policy, the role that government should play, and the keypoints that should be notified on future parking policy of Taipei CBD area.
