世界城市的形成與改革開放後中國大陸的策略

WORLD CITY FORMATION AND STRATEGY IN REFORM CHINA

本文試圖以國家發展的觀點來看待在全球化的發展下所形成的一個新的空間－－世界城市，並把國家對公共建設投資和空間形塑的作為視為一個面對全球化和提升區位競爭力的一項策略。文中說明了亞太地區世界都市的形成與國家的發展過程是有直接相關的，並把中國在改革開放後的經濟表現與未來形成世界城市的可能性歸類，認為上海和北京在國家有計劃的空間策略與大量的投資之下，未來將逐漸地轉型成為世界城市。

This paper intends to treat 'world city' as a new space strategy under globalization with a view of state development, and regards both infrastructure investing and new space formation as state re-scaling strategies which respond to the global challenge and promote the competition of nations. This paper, manifesting the close relationship between 'world city formation' in Pan Asia and developmental states, combines a prospect with economic performance of Reform China and hypotheses of world city, and suggest that by state dominating investing and space planing, Shanghai and Beijing will be transformed into world cities.
