There are frequently natural disasters, causing collapses, slides, floods and life and property loss, in Taiwan. From the viewpoint of land use planning and management, planners have to make appropriate plans based on sufficient and correct information. However, this kind of ideal data does not exist. This article analyzes some existing data sets and trys to figure out spatial corelation among them. It is hoped that the preliminary results can provide directions for further studies. |
