都市環境特性與評估之比較研究－－台北都會區、東京都與漢城市為對象區域

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON URBAN LIFE － ENVIRONMENT FOR TAIPEI, TOKYO AND SEOUL

由於經濟的快速成長，生活水準隨所得之增加而大幅提升，居民對環境品質的要求與價值亦隨之改變，但在成長發展的過程中，導致了一系列現今都市嚴重的社會及環境問題，因此如何藉由深入的調查研究，以瞭解真正問題即在，實是刻不容緩。加之在瞭解問題時，尚需一併比較先進開發地區，以為我國之借鏡，因此本文即依據一結構化體系，利用主觀資料的求取，分析比較臺北都會區、東京都、漢城市三大都市的環境特性及其差異，並綜合環境評估值，以檢討環境措施發展之方向。

The rapid growth on economic development in recent years has resulted in a large raise of living standard of life by growth of income. People who live in the city has made changes in quality of environment. But in the process of developing caused a series of social and environmental problems. So how through the survey and studying the results to understand the characteristics of urban problems are very important. In addition to realize the problems, it is necessary to compare with those in developed country. The purpose of this paper is to structure the environmental indices and to obtain the subjective data for the comparison of environmental characteristics and differences of different districts, and then aggregate evaluation to examine the environmental policies in the future.
