一個智慧型模糊住宅基地開發決策支援系統

AN INTELLIGENT FUZZY DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL SITES

本文之目的在於說明一個原型性「智慧型模糊都市住宅基地開發決策支援系統」之研究與發展過程。為了系統建構上的需要，文中也討論四方面之方法學的問題，包括：（一）專家系統與空間決策支援系統應該如何加以整合；（二）如何從許多不同的來源中，擷取與整合大量片斷的決策知織；（三）知識表現系統怎樣選擇；（四）模糊理論如何整合應用。最後，本文發展出一個以模糊推論為基礎且含596條決策規則的新原型系統。此一系統也許能夠有效地支援規劃師與開發者之發展決策工作。

The purpose of this paper is to explain the workings and development process of a prototype intelligent fuzzy decision support system for development of urban resident sites. It also discusses several methodological problems including (1) how to integrate expert system and spatial decision support system; (2) how to acquire and synthesize decision knowledge from various sources; (3) how to choice the system of knowledge representation; and (4) how to apply fuzzy theory. Finally, a new prototype system with 596 decision rules in it, based on fuzzy inference, is developed. This system may can effectively support the developmental decisionmarking for planners and developer.
