市場力在中國城市發展中的作用

THE FUNCTION OF MARKET FORCE ON CITY DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA

本文從歷史上中國城市的形成，城市空間結構的演化等方面論述了市場對城市發展的影響。並論述了中國大陸，單一的高度集中計劃經濟和有計劃的商品經濟兩種經濟體制下中國城市的發展，以及兩種體制對城市發展的不同影響，而市場力就是推動體制轉變的一個最有力的因素，並進而促使中國市場經濟體制最終確立。由於體制的巨變，中國城市的發展面臨著新形勢、新政策、新問題，而中國傳統的城市規劃的理論和方法必須變革以適應新體制下城市發展的需要。

The thesis discusses that the market force influence the urban development in china, from the formation of city and evolution of urban space structure in history. And it also expounds the urban development under the two different economic systems of completely planned economy and planned market economy, and the two systems influence the urban growth, after the People’s Republic of China was built. The market force is one of the most important reasons to push on this reform of system, and further carries forward that the market system is built in P.R.China. Because the economic system in china has changed significantly, the urban development is facing new policies and problems. Thus the traditionary theories and methods of urban planning must be reformed to adjust the needs of urban development under new system.
