This paper studies on impactfactors ofvolunteersatisfaction amongthe middle-age volunteers. In this study, the middle-age volunteers were defined as those who were aged 50+. By analyzingthe Keelung Volunteer Survey 2010database (including 208 middle-age cases), findings show that demographicvariables were not significant impact factors. By contract, the institutional factors (for example, supervisors’management), and individualdrive of doing voluntaryjobs (such as benefits themselves) were influential factors. In conclusion, the middle-age volunteersnot onlyexpect tohave good supervisors’ and management, but also hope to gainpersonal growth while doing the voluntaryservices. The above findings could be used as evidence for improving volunteers’ management. |
