平安道場：陳大姑與一貫道發一崇德道場的制度化革新（1986-2001）

陳鴻珍（1923-2008）人稱陳大姑，是一貫道發一崇德道場的領導前人，她除了帶領著一貫道經歷被官方取締的黑暗時期，進而成功地爭取合法化地位，此舉實與她對發一崇德道場永續發展的規劃願景有關。故一貫道合法化的歷程，應從此脈絡來理解。更重要的是她更對發一崇德道場進行史無前例的制度改革，其中，平安道場（1986-2001）是確立發一崇德道場永續傳承發展的重要關鍵時期，筆者認為它具有三層的歷史意義，分別是：能夠自由傳道、躲劫避難與和平天命傳承三者。陳大姑深信道場要永續傳承，要成功實現上述三者，更要建立穩定發展的厚實基礎，所以發一崇德在平安道場時期，在財務來源、教育規畫、佛堂創設與道場人事安排和企業化經營，都有明顯的成長。此外，陳大姑發現人心的比較與對立，是阻礙道場永續發展的重要關鍵因素，她透過集體共事的制度規劃，培養崇德每一位道親懷抱著「以無為之心，行有為之事」的胸襟，期望每位崇德人透過集體和合共事，培養提升個人的才、德、智，因為她相信崇德道場每一位成員提升自我的修養與能力，才能穩固且長久共同護持崇德道場永續傳承的天命。

Chen Hongzhen (1923-2008), also called Aunt Chen, is the leader of I-Kuan Tao Fa-Yi Chong De district. She led the I-Kuan Tao when it was banned, and then successfully helped the legalization of the I-Kuan Tao and conducted institutional reforms of Fa-Yi Chong De district. It has three historical significances, the freedom to preach, hiding the robbery refuge, and peace destiny heritage.
