類風濕性關節炎患者血清中之免疫複合物與類風濕因子

Rheumatoid Factor and Immune Complexes in Sera of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

本研究對60例類風濕性關節炎患者及50例健康輸血員用Clq-microplate ELISA法測定了血清中循環免疫複合物(CICs)，其平均濃度(μg AHG eq／ml)分別為34.48 ± 23.84及10.53 ± 3.84，兩者之間有明顯差異p<0.001。用Rapitex法測定了IgM型類風濕因子，60名患者中有48例陽性，12例陰性，陽性者之滴度在1:1280以上者佔73％。對50名患者用Westergren氏法測定了紅血球沈降率其平均值為61.37 ± 27.12mm／h，另外對49名患者用latex agglutination法測定了c反應性蛋白，其陽性率為87.8％。類風濕因子與CICs之間以及類風濕因子與紅血球沈降率之間無相關性，相關係數分別為r<0.1及r=0.26，而CICs與紅血球沈降率之間有一定關係，CICs陽性與陰性者的ESR平均值之間有明顯差異，P<0.02。

Sixty patients wilh rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and fifty healthy blood donors were tested for circulating immune complexes (CICs) in sera by the Clq-microplate ELISA system; the mean concentrations (μg AHG cq./ml) of CICs among the above two groups were 34.48 ± 23.84 and 10.53 ± 3.84 respectively, a significant diffcrcnce was present (p< 0.001). Sixty RA patients were tested for IgM rheumatoid factor (RF) by the Rapitex method. There were 48 positive and 12 negative; 73% of the positive patients had a titer over 1:1280. Fifty patients of RA were tested for erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) by the Westergren method the mean value was 61.37 ± 27.12 mm/h.C reaction protein was tested among 49 RA patients by the latex agglutination method, the positive rate was 87.8%. There were not correlated between either RF and CICs or RF and ESR, ihe correlation cocfficicnt were r< 0.1 and r= 0.26 respectively. However, CICs was somewhat related wilh ESR; a significant diffcrcnce (p< 0.02) in the mean value of ESR was present among CICs positive and negative patients.
