焦燐酸鈣晶體沉積病－－12例病例報告

Calcium Pyrophosphate Dihydrate Crystal Deposition Disease-- 12 Cases Report

自1983年12月至1985年12月，兩年間我們發現12例焦燐酸鈣晶體沉積病，其中3例為男性，9例為女性，發病年齡從63歲〜87歲，平均73.1歲。12例中有9例伴有骨關節炎，一例伴有化膿性關節炎，—例伴有痛風性關節炎，另一例伴有類風濕性關節炎。12例皆犯及膝關節，僅其中—例侵犯兩膝關節。12例中10例膝關節X光顯示，5例有關節軟骨化，5例有半月形軟骨鈣化，另一例可見耻骨聯合處鈣化。

Within two years, December 1983 to December 1985, we found twelve cases of calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposition disease. Among them, three were male and nine were female. The age of onset ranged was from 63 to age 87 with the mean 73.1. Nine of the twelve cases have osteoarthritis, one has pyogenic arthritis, one has gouty arthritis, the other one has rheumatoid arthitis. The knee x-ray of the ten patients revealed calcification of the articular cartilage in five patients, calcification of the meniscus in five patients and calcification of the symphysis pubis in one case.
